26 Years of Excellence

From Our Family to Your Table

Tim and Tom Belgio

Tim and Tom Belgio were just 30 and 25 when they decided to move forward with their dream of owning their own business. From their early working days at Naperville's Centennial Beach, the catering world had always appealed to them — and it wasn't hard to see why.

The brothers started at the bottom and worked their way up into supervisory roles, where they were responsible for staff, operations, and feeding unpredictable crowds on any given day. They figured out pretty quickly that they were good at it, and more importantly, that they genuinely loved it.

Tom went on to manage a local Naperville restaurant, where he met the man who would become their Executive Chef, Raul Armenta. Tim channeled his energy into starting his own software company, picking up the business fundamentals that would prove invaluable down the road. A few years later, they put it all together — Tom's restaurant experience, Tim's business know-how, and a shared passion for great food and great service — and Belgio's Catering was born.

25 Years of Family, Food & Community

Brothers Tim and Tom Belgio built their catering business on three cornerstones: family, food, and philanthropy. In this feature from NCTV17, they share the story behind 25 years of Belgio's Catering — from working the concession stand at Centennial Beach in high school to becoming one of Naperville's most beloved and community-minded businesses. With a long-tenured staff, deep local roots, and a commitment to putting every client first, the Belgio family has built something that goes far beyond great food
